About Me

Before menopause and covid opened up the world of writing to me, I was a Sommelier, wine broker, and restaurant consultant in Los Angeles and Ojai. To say I am reinventing myself is an understatement - what else would explain leaving a six-figure job with free wine in sunny California to write in Yonkers? But, here I am. And I didn't do it alone. I came with my husband, Jeremiah, who is also reinventing himself, and our high-maintenance scruff, Finn (who catches every canine flu, won't eat anything, and has severe separation anxiety.) And we did this in December. Who moves to New York in the winter...from California? But I am near my beloved NYC, where any day spent there is a fabulous day and I am writing my second novel in an old Tudor. Dreamy.
